All packages are sent via Canada Post. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Careful attention is made to the packaging of orders however Ohhelloleigh Ceramics cannot take responsibility for packages lost or damaged by Canada Post.

If the item is defective or damaged in the shipping process we will happily discuss a replacement or exchange.
